I think Frizzy puffed up his comments about brokers not delivering certs to keep CMKX'rs from committing suicide. TDW voluntarily pulled its certs and Ameritrade still has plenty of certs left.

Ask Frizzy to release the actual number of shares for people who claim they can't get certs. I haven't seen anyone claim that recently. Also, ask him to state the number of certs still held by all brokers. If he won't release numbers, you have your answer.
