I feel like I've said enough about facts recently but I have to add my honest opinion:
This is an UNTAPPED industry that is going to EXPLODE in the coming years. Even if it isn't VOIS, I doubt that we won't see BCI devices becoming common place in houses across America. Analysts and Researchers believe it will be an 18 billion dollar industry by 2017-18. I do not have the source on me but I am sure I can find that statistic as it has been thrown around here many times before.
Think about that: 18 billion dollars in about 2 to 3 years. (A 1 billion dollar slice of that owned by VOIS would be just under a 1 dollar per share amount...although lofty, isn't impossible. In my honest opinion, I believe a pps of at least 10 cents AKA 100 million dollar company is definitely possible in the coming year. Half a million units sold at 200 dollars each would total that amount. I'm not keen on whether pps is profit,networth, or whatever it may be, but 500 thousand units doesn't sound impossible in the coming few years. My final thoughts:1 billion dollars long long term with the right support and market explosion, and ten cents short long term if VOIS gains stability and traction as well as a following leading into the explosion of the market in the coming years.)
This market is WIDE OPEN. There is no clear bread winner and because the market is so small, yet so much research suggests it will explode in the coming years, someone has to take the reins. Top tech companies are researching to no end to create a BCI device of their own that's cheap, reliable, and portable. In our case, VOIS looks like the front runner and you have the opportunity to hop on something high risk high reward. You are lucky to have stumbled upon this now, just as I am.
So why hasn't a company picked up VOIS yet if it's such a clear winner? To be honest, that's not as cut and dry as I'd like to think. Right now, VOIS is still paying off the financing it required to keep its head above water. Financially speaking, it's struggling to stay afloat in terms of revenue. They haven't really had much to sell in previous years. It has been stated that VOIS has been in talks with other companies, but still nothing. Why?
I'll tell you why and this makes complete sense: no one buys anything until it works. Not only that, but how would any company warrant purchasing a company that's essentially been in debt/barely afloat for MILLIONS of dollars? Google, Apple, and Microsoft don't just buy up companies because they can. That's a dumb business model. They buy when there are results, the future growth of said company is almost guaranteed, and owning them is worth more than what they were purchased for after acquisition.
For all we know, VOIS and the people who run it for SO MANY YEARS are not content with a small multi-million dollar, low ball buyout. They know the potential, they know their worth, and they won't let their work go unnoticed without a significant return on their efforts. This is why I believe they have not been bought out. At present, all they have is a patent (which is worth a lot by the way...) but no product, and probably won't be bought out unless the price is right, but no reputable company will buy a company specializing in a non-existent market on speculation alone. Period. If companies had it their way, they'd want to own the patent, not the company that owns the patent. That would make it cheaper and easier for them. Fortunately for you and me, we are standing on the VOIS launch pad that has their BCI Ear Piece patent locked up inside of it. The two are inseparable. We all have the amazing option of getting in the rocket before take off or wishing we had as it blasts off. That or we at least say we tried as it falls slowly back to Earth. Nothing is certain here, but from the looks of it, the potential and Risk VS Reward here is incredible.
Who is leading the field in this market? Look at Emotiv: they look poised to take a large chunk of that market, as well as the top name technology companies (Samsung, Apple, Google, etc.). HOWEVER, no one has a foot in the door among the top tech companies for a general consumer level BCI product. It's all in its infancy. They might be working on it, but no one has released a consumer level product like VOIS is about to.
At present, other BCI devices are clunky, large, strange looking (no offense, but even though I would definitely use them in my own home, you won't see me using them openly in public). If you've lived anywhere where there are social norms, you'll know that a kickass idea can fail if trends and fashion kill it way before it has a chance to breathe. We all went through school and understand how fads rise and fall. This is not a fad. This is the future in BCI devices.
Its buying points are its small size (the smallest), its appearance (looks like a standard Bluetooth earpiece), its functionality (Bluetooth and battery operated AKA lightweight), and its price(Less than 200 dollars, something basically unheard of in the current BCI market that is reliable and high quality. This price comes from years of research and development that allowed them to minimize costs of production while still creating a highly affordable product.)
I'd be happy to look into or answer any questions about this technology. I'm no expert and have never used such a device, but I do understand electronics and computers as I went to school for it. In all honesty, the only thing to be unsure of here is what the SYNAPSE is going to be capable of and what its specs are. If they are even half decent on product launch, all investors will be very pleased soon.
The more long term investors we have now will reduce the total outstanding shares and all previous long term investors shares' worth. That's why we all care to get you on board as well.

The VOIS ear mounted hands-free controller could create a revolution in gaming, IMO. As was pointed out during a CNBC interview, the current expectation for most gamers is a clunky, bulky, uncomfortable helmet type device to enjoy mind driven gaming. If VOIS can truly deliver with the accuracy and comfort on their final production version of this ear-mounted controller device, I think this company can scale quickly, and become extremely valuable. Additionally, the application of mind-controlled devices goes far beyond the gaming industry.
As one indication of demand within the innovative controller category, more than 24 million units of the Xbox Kinect motion controller have been sold.
If Mind Solutions Inc. (VOIS) could eventually sell just one million units of their ear-mounted mind controller, that would likely equate to more than $125 million in wholesale revenue. But the reality is that the number sold could be one tenth of that (even 100k units), and we'd still likely see an exponential increase in the share price.
Experiments from several years ago have proven that simple primates can use mind control to accomplish tasks. So wouldn't it seem logical that people will be using these techniques to control video games in the near future? And at that point, button controllers (the current standard in the industry), could seem as ridiculously outdated as phones tethered to the wall. When the "SYNAPSE" from Mind Solutions is ready and available for mass distribution, the upside here could be tremendous. The applications for their small, ear-mounted controller device are endless.

He would be happy to update you where the last Press Release left off. Casey currently represents 12 other company's...Yes 12! One of the company's is called.... (WAIT FOR IT).... Digital Ally (Nasdaq DGLY). He watched this company grow from $3.00 a share... to $31.00 in roughly five days. I asked Casey about the dates, When can I get this device in my hands? "Spring - Early Spring is a very accurate time frame" (Spring Starts in March people...Roughly 2-3 weeks away). I spoke with Casey a while ago about the initial estimate of 5,000 devices being quickly gobbled up upon launch... From what I can read between the lines... I expect contracts that Joe established will sell more then 20,000 devices OUT OF THE GATE....or just shy of $4,000,000. He is looking into India and China... They will eat this technology up!

VOIS Compiled DD/Thoughts/Future
After reading a lot of comments and in respect to many here for and against Mind Solutions, Inc.- I would like to express some thoughts/facts/opinions and information that may be getting overlooked, misunderstood or misinterpreted.
Everyone, most importantly needs to realize and understand that this Brain Computer Interface technology is still very fresh, niche and unique. Only a very few actual competitors exist and much of the information out there is research papers. Also, very important to understand is that the people involved with and behind the scenes in VOIS (previously and now) can be considered pioneers in the Brain Computer Interface industry and (aren't nobodies). There is a reason Microsoft sat down with Mind Solutions. There is also a reason why others have approached Mind Solutions. What many aren't piecing together is that around that time when Mind Solutions was looking for a partner/JV or a buyout is when Joe Abrams came into the picture (shortly thereafter). He obviously came in, showed the the potential and they decided to follow his lead. He obviously funded them, provided them more connections and relationships and one of the missing links to finish out the World's Smallest Brain Computer Interface.
The reason Microsoft didn't partner or buyout? My thoughts from phone calls and correspondence is that Mind Solutions is very careful with what they provide for one thing. The tech industry is full of Pirates. Also, VOIS may of had the tech, ability and everything but still infant with the new design. And let's not forget, There is not yet Social Proof or Acceptance of this technology. If you go ask your friends, family and neighbors if they ever heard of a Brain Computer Interface - what will their answer be?

Brief History:
VOIS used to be MTEK, MTEK got suspended which is is nearly impossible to get out of. From my phone calls, research/DD Brent Fouch did absolutely everything he could to get out of the the grey sheets. As any OTC veteran knows, it's an impossible task to get out of the Greys and the SEC never likes to admit they were ever wrong. Thus this is why we are trading as VOIS. Please bear in mind that due to the suspension of MTEK, this puts extra careful scrutiny and microscopes on everything VOIS, Brent Fouch and friends does. In other words, If VOIS was some share selling sham as suggested by "some" here- then the SEC would of shut this down a long time ago. If VOIS wasn't doing what they said they were doing behind the scenes. the SEC would of shut them down. Did Fouch give up? NO- he stayed the course. THAT SPEAKS VOLUMES FYI. Many of us have been told that the SEC has contacted VOIS on occasions after PR's to prove their statements and can be a 1-2 day process each time.
Also bear in mind. This tech isnt' something that they can go to their garage, put some things together and say hey! We have a brain computer interface! There is very very little precedents here. No, this literally has taken years, millions of dollars, tons of R&D,which unfortunately involved RS's, Third Party Funding (Dilution) etc. VOIS has literally been through the ringer here. But what "some" are refusing to do is giving credit and props when they are due. THESE GUYS HAVE BEEN PERSEVERANT.
VOIS has been very perseverant in this field. They never gave up, they never packed their bags and moved to some "hype of the year" business model. (THAT'S WHAT SHARE SELLING SHAMS DO FYI) They have only been focused and interested in this one field. If you research around, you'll see that this didn't happen overnight. It's come a long way through sleet, ice and snow and THEY are finally at the goal line.
Never once has VOIS been at this step- weeks away from Launch. And let's bear in mind again, they are providing a one sensor via the ear canal brain computer interface. This will have it's limitations just like any new smaller tech (just like the first iPhone that got bashed and ridiculed) but if it does what they say it can do for this point in time - that is a huge step in this field..
I look at the big picture here. When VOIS releases the SYNAPSE and all 5,000 or so units sell .. that gives them $ to manufacture more while gaining popularity, attention and buzz in the industry. This gives them leverage to be bought out, partnered up or even licensed. Household names will want to figure out ways to implement into future products. This can benefit stroke, ALS and MLS victims tremendously.
Of course the competition is lurking around, and VOIS is doing a great job holding everything tight to the chest like Apple's strategy with their watch (which btw was delayed until April) Mind Solutions, Inc is operating a real business here-
