Just as Japan has patents for EPA for Japan...that market is one AMRN will never have. China is too biased to accept our patents...what our Chinese partner may need from AMRN is the bulk supply of the drug or its ingredients. The regulatory approval process, trials invoved, and costs in China ae not our problem. If all goes well China may be a substantial market for Vascepa in 2020 and beyond. Hopefully BP will have bought out AMRN well before then, if anything, it would add to AMRN's takeover value. For right now, getting that $15 million is really what matters.
