My reporter says we are still alive in DE. The 800 appeal is not to be used In the court of Judge Andrews per the CAFC. The arguments went back and forth on the 151 and the judge will rule by next Friday. Ms. Holloway made the presentation for IDCC and was impressive. Any changes in the claims construction of the 151 should be to the benefit of IDCC. It is doubtful the the 244 claims construction will change since it has already been used in the Zte case, That is all I have right now. I will update if I hear anything more. Cross your fingers between now and next Friday.
