The NSS thing is just nonsense. There is no short position in CMKX. There's been ample proof of that for a long time. And only today Frizzy's count is grinding to a halt without result.

I suggest you go to the Nasdaq site and check whether CMKX is listed on the SC market. You won't find it.

And btw, the Nasdaq has listing requirements. CMKX wouldn't even come close to meeting them.

But then CMKX has been revoked. Kaput.
