Thank you for sharing this information! Actually to me this is very positive information and another confirmation that the BCI Tech is about to become more mainstream and socially accepted/approved.

If other companies like AT&T or others were not working on this tech or at any stage of it, they are quickly becoming late to the game.

If the video is not allowed to be released yet, and it's proprietary information/property. Then it could be a concept video of what they want to do or whats' to come in the future. However, yes you should be careful discussing proprietary information that is not meant to be known to the public. Because, there is currently not any information about AT&T having a BCI Division and that kind of information is sensitive for Stock purposes.
