My timeline on TCEL has always been the first 6 months of 2015 if you look at my past notes. I never claim anything happening dec, jan. February and i have always stated the information that would be out sometime when the 1Q would come out

I heard rumors that TCEL we be bought out 10 cent range.

but that does not mean it is true.

There are claims of dome for TCEL
but that does not mean it is true either
