The ask is the same as 18 months ago except the $4.8 million is for 40% of the LLC instead of the original 20%. Still puts Wellmetris value greater than ZIVOs current market cap. LOL

6 months to revenue. If true, Dahl should have made this happen already. Revenue expenses and profits don't quite add up for me and when scale is achieved expenses should flatten out instead of continue to increase proportionally if you've set it up correctly.

Dahl should be talking to diagnostics partners about a JV that already have built in client base or institutions like Aspire Capital instead of private investors.
