Have they legalized what you are smoking in your State? Perhaps over about 20 years you might approach that level, but my understanding is that $100 is a lot of money over there for most people. While you discount to 10%, IMO, try about 1%. Still $35 over a 5-10 year period is still ok with me from $1.04.
