Rosencrap billing practice came into question when he went before the judge to collect more than 80 million dollars the first time. Everyone knew that he had padded the billable hours because you can not work 72 hours straight without time to eat and poop but he added his time in. The prices for limos, suites, meals, etc....was going over board.....The sad part the Judge allowed it because walrat did the same thing when she practice law...and allowed all the charges and continues to allow the overate of billable hours.....You can not change something with the Judges allow for this practice to continue to this day....
