If having the CEO of a company own a lot of shares guarantees that the stock price would not drop, then it would be easy to invest, wouldn't it.
but that is not the case
in this situation Richard can just do a reverse split and issue himself tens of millions of shares by merging another worthless company into YIPI.
You really think that Richard would let this stock drop and he stands to loose Millions. I don't think so!!!
