Hi badge, sorry for taking so long but Im also trying to understand the news. On Jan 15 they issued a PR stating they established a investment trust sharing profit facility with Baseline Financial Group which would provide 25M to pay creditors, get mine running again. In exchange T 40% future profits would go to Baseline and 60% Petaquilla Minerals and 10% goes to admin expenses. supposedly that was the deal for giving the concesion of Molejon to Sand Properties. What I am trying to find out now is how if there is future earnings will that 60% be paid. Through dividends??? The only I can confirm for sure is that Fifer is out. That is good news.
