Unlike the other company ($IMH) , IDNG does not want any flippers and it is not in business of pumping and dumping, like that was the case with $IMH. Moreover, unlike its competitor, IDNG does not put out PR every other day to suck in investors and then dumping their shares for gain.
Obviously, it does not take a brain surgeon to figure out that IDNG has not put out any PR in recent memories. Also, it is obvious there is a reason for their delays, which I will touch on later on. BUT there are those on this board who take on this idiotic/narrow position that if company does not put out any PR that it must be scam. what a preposterous assumption.
Several of us on this board have been doing our extensive DD on this company to ascertain what the company is doing and likely will do in the near future. ALL you have to do is look at the clues and try to put the puzzle together by utilizing the clues that is in front of you.
Obviously, I know, as some on this board know that there has been a shake up with regards to the officers, board members and the company as a whole. It appears, from my conversation with an officer a few day ago, that there is a huge power struggle with regards to the take over. what sense will it have for a company to put out PR when it is not ready to do so--especially doing so does not serve the best interest of the company and investors.
Obviously, the company has the product (those who still criticizing IDNG does not have any product)...If you don't believe me all you have to do is go to Amazon.com and type Independence Health. There you will see The company thermometer with the company' logo on it---which I purchased and proud owner of.
The point is, it does not make sense to criticize or to claim a company is a fraud/scam for not putting out a PR. Especially, when a company is going through a major change/reshuffle.
Here what some of us on this board were able to gather via our DD:
*IDNG has a product--already selling on AMAZON directly
*Per officer, IDNG has several distribution agreements with other notable companies--which will be announced soon.
*IDNG does not a toxic/convertible debt
*Insiders own over 80% of the O/S (r/s unlikely)(IDNG never r/s before in last 7years)
*Recently added 24-hours answering service to take order for product
AGAIN, those who are coming out of no where, without doing any research/DD, and criticizing and spreading unfounded rumors about the company is frustrating to those who have been doing our DD. A company does not put out PR just because investors or others complain..A legitimate company takes into account the PRO and CONS of a given news/PR before it make it public. SO, I believe IDNG is not a scam, but a legitimate company, and it will announce PR/NEWS when it ready to do so. IDNG ALL THE WAY!$$!$!$
