Big_Tex, Oregonluvr - Lee Balak may very well be a crook, and to this day. But world renowned inventor, Snaper, went with LB. The irony is the battery is ready and Snaper vouches for that. He now says that LB is not the man for the job. A little late to find that out don't you think. I guess Snaper's legal representation way back in 1998 or whenever, didn't do their homework on LB very well, to have chosen him.

So now what do we do? The battery has been tested and confirmed till it's blue in the face. The Sweden Money Group and their brief CEO of PWTC, WM, who had insisted on Sweden's Catella Labs confirming the battery's worth, which they apparently did, are dumped and LB is in charge again. He forms a new company Nxcell with BCRI, which is 65% owned by PWTC. PWTC/BCRI are going to try and get global EOMs ie licensed manufacturing contracts.

Can the apparently crooked venture capitalist, LB, who inventor Snaper chose for some reason, act above board and successful for once in his life? Or succeed despite himself and past track record.

I guess we have to give him to the beginning of this fall. If there are no OEMs by then we have to force a shareholder meeting and get a new CEO and management team.

If BCRI can get a greater overseeing role of NxCell, its contract negotiations and expenses, there might be a chance. Maybe LB would even relinquish the presidency and CEO positions. He briefly did or was forced to do so with the Sweden Group and WM. Then he undid that arrangement somehow. Perhaps having enough directors in his pocket and forcing a share holder meeting and voting the Sweden Group and WM out. But management only has around 17% of the outstanding shares. We can force a shareholder meeting and vote them out IF THEY DON’T PRODUCE NOW.
