I disagree, it's stating that another company with a drug/treatment in their pipeline that is comparable to dCellVax (and is not as far along as Regen) just sold those rights for over a billion dollars, all told.

Anyone who can't see why this is great news should just sell all their shares now. That company hasn't even filed their IND yet and it's only for 1 drug/treatment. Regen has 2 in the FDA IND process already. The entire point of the press release is to establish what RGBP can be worth.

With this type of acquisition, it will also open up the eyes of other Big Pharma companies that they should be on track to compete with this treatment. This acquisition of "Ford" may cause a feeding frenzy to purchase "GM" to keep up with the Jones'.
