Well said and thank you and Doc for saying what so many of us are thinking. Dr. Sung has done a fair job and has aided in the growth of the company, but I'm afraid I do not see the tenacity and ambition that i want to see from our CEO. It could very well change going forward, but I think many would agree that change would come only after changing the 'name on the door'. I can't say I wouldn't welcome Seth back to his previous role. I'm one to think it most beneficial to 'rearrange' at this point; adding to the payroll isn't helping. We have the talent on board, maybe shifting it around until we find what works best is better than thinking the talent isn't already there. I think we are all anxious to see these efforts pay off for the company, as well as shareholders. I believe it will, but at this point I'm unsure if it is sooner or later -- and simply due to the lack of guidance from the chief.

We need that fire and we need to see it burn in the eyes of our leader. Let's see it or let's switch eyes already.
