Dave has owned OUTtv for sometime now... he owned it when Frank went to Canada with a "son", "assistant" (whatever) and SG. Tried to buy OUTtv with QBID stock.

Dave has had no recent plans to purchase anything... OUTtv is in the middle of restructuring under BK... public knowledge... I am aware of this because my company is a vendor due funds under the BK.


All IMHO of course.
