It is not an option. Fan tried to get Dave to partner with him...and then to purchase the network from him. Dave did not trust Fan and he had a thorough background/criminal check performed and wanted no part of his dealings after he received it. Dave recently purchased Out TV in Canada and hoped to merge the two companies. As it turns out...QTN was not meant to be.
