You, I, nor anyone else other than a small select group within mCig and the representatives from the exchange which will facilitate the potential uplisting actually know the information flow and process which is occurring between the parties involved.

The process may be fluid or it may not be fluid (there may need to be corrections made to this, that or the other thing) or there could be other factors in play that we don't even know about.

What is holding them back, you ask? That's the whole thing, no one (other than those involved) knows and you'll find out when they are ready to tell you (that is, if they feel they need to even justify the time it took).
