The IRS lien is verifiable on the internet, but has to be referenced in state level government for each state Labor SMART operates in and each state has its own requirements. For example, Georgia requires generating an account with the Court Clerk through which Labor SMART's lien can be viewed online for free. I can't link that and, frankly would not even if I could since every time proper DD is provided that doesn't fit the naive narrative of how "great" this company is gets shot down as "making stuff up". Those who bother to do proper research know tax liens are in place and that Schadel is desperately trying to figure out how to stay current with the $1 million tax debt while toxic note holders can't be given shares fast enough for what they are owed and revenue growth declines sharply.
