Oh and one other thing.

You can bet your darn skippy I'll be raising heck about this very point at the SHM.

How can you negotiate a deal with a foreign entity of this consequence and nebulous background, with all the high powered resume directors approving it, savvy in international deal negotiations, and NOT protect yourself with a good faith upfront irrevocable down payment?

Dumb and dumber.

Leads me to believe someone(s) was purposely sandbagged here.
