Between you and me, it does seem a little crazy that VOIS hasn't been acquired yet by another company. But hey, maybe the price wasn't right. As an unknown company, I would expect other companies to lowball them offers.

VOIS knows what they have and haven't sold out yet. I bet Joe Abrams and others on board have been making sure that VOIS doesn't sell out for any less than its worth. I'll even go as far as to say that Joe Abrams and others on the executive board have the understanding that this company is headed places, so long as they guide it there. With their business experience, I have zero doubts that they know how to get the most bang out of their buck, and that is by doing it the way they are doing it now.
