To me, sounds like more dilution after the R/S. I rarely see .0001 stocks go up after a R/S. 99% of stinky pinks do a R/S just to sell more shares.

The reverse split will also increase the trading price of the Company’s common stock making it easier for market makers to maintain bid and ask sales prices sufficient to provide a more orderly trading market."
