Counselor I assume these are rhetorical questions?

I am not attorney but several of my friends are and we meet once a month for what we call our Board meeting where we discuss investments and other sordid affairs of the day.

Our instant response to any questions similar to yours regarding the market is;
"I/We don't know Jack".

But with all do respect I don't know what assumption they made about the CAFC.

Stop loss Raiding. Could have been could have been sell the news crowd was stronger then the triple win crowd for a portion of the day. Triple win being a beat on earnings, revenue and guidance.

Could of been someone didn't like one footnote or another on the 10K.

Could have been many things but "I don't know Jack". LOL
