One week from today, KMA Global will hold its shareholder meeting at the Sheraton Hotel in New York City. I personally welcome the opportunity to meet with all shareholders who can attend.

Any 'Shareholder of Record' on the NOBO list (record date December 2, 2014) is invited to the meeting. Identification is required and will be checked against the list at the door. The proxy will be delivered to all NOBO Shareholders of Record. Further updates on the virtual meeting via Broadridge will be provided and KMA Global will be posting instructions and details via Social Media prior to the meeting next week.

Management has a big week ahead and I am looking forward to sharing much information, that many have been inquiring about and that will clarify plans going forward, next Friday.
