more drivel from the drivel-master. you can't limit attendance to NOBO holders under any state law. and if he doesn't properly deliver notice (which certainly sounds the case) the meeting isn't valid.

oh - and another thing - if the record date was December 2, he can't hold a valid meeting today, tomorrow, the 27th or any other day that was more than 60 days from December 2.

What about OBO shareholders, shares held in brokerage? Are we lesser shareholders?

Any 'Shareholder of Record' on the NOBO list (record date December 2, 2014) is invited to the meeting.

Has this question been addressed yet? Why are OBOs not invited? If a real proxy were being sent, OBOs would receive it from their brokers.

I believe OBOs do have the right to attend any real shareholder meeting. And they obviously have the right to vote.
