I wouldn't be so sure. Last couple of these "stinky pinkies" i saw do a reverse split also came out with good financials and developments right after. One was a 1 for 25000 because they had billions of shares and only a couple hundred grand cap, now they are between 3 and 5 dollars a share. I was mad when they split, but mostly because i sold off before it happened. There's a reason for these splits, and it's not always because some con runs the company like people here will want you to think.
