spencer, most of us longs got into HISC because of the port security potential.And as you mentioned a year has passed and HISC has taken many steps.But as far as any of us know the only step we really cared about (ports)has not been taken.And for that reason we are sitting around a nickel.Upgrading boards,dividend,sales,etc are certainly important,but what we really need is to be recognized as a player in the US port security.Otherwise HISC will fall far short of what most of us longs were expecting.
