I dont think its illegal naked shorting....
What i think is last year we had this upswing in price....which at the timeline they knew that development wasnt finished and that HISC had alot of steps to take before it would come close to that price again...so...thats when they started building a large short position...thus we sat here for months on end while they drove down the price along with flippers and daytraders.What im saying is now its almost a year later....HISC has made many steps and is about to become what we thought it would be with projections and its business model...now they have started to take advantage of the current situation and everytime the pps has went down to a nickle or less they have been able to buy out there short position.
Unlike buyins i dont believe they are shorting the stock that big anymore.I think its far less now...but they are running out of time before the dividend date and will have to make everything even before.
So its a matter of time.I think ther churn rate is falling short.They are wanting to get things even but without driving up the pps...thus losing money by having to cover at a higher pps price instead of at there own.
If say they had 10 million shares short and wanted to cover at 4 cents instead they get stuck at a nickle well then its costing them an extra 100 grand to cover that price.So it is in the best interest of this MM's to get to there target.

But longs are not cooperating and neither is management or insiders....so when we have those days when the volume is high...over 10 million shares we see the pps pop a little...But its not helping there case when its low cause they are forced to wait and shake out weak hands.But they ARE running out of time.......so we will start to see volitility soon.At least thats what i think will happen if we,buyins,and some longs are right about the short position.

I still say frank could easily take care of all this by coming out and cutting the O/S in half or more......if that happened ...BOOM!
