I'm not trying to bash hisc, but do you really thing that the MM will have to cover. I mean if they are shorting HISC illegally by naked shorting, then couldn't they manage to get away without cover illegally because obviously the law do not pertain do those damn MM. Either way I still will hold because I believe HISC will re-file there sb-2. Just really curious if the shorts will have to cover, hopefully we will get some upward PPS on HISC this week since its 2 weeks away from dividend date if not I pray that it happens the following week then.
