I would say it was mostly because of the low volume (7700+ shares), although there was a 2700 share buy this morning ($1700) which accounted for more than 1/3 of the total volume for the day.

If the company can solve their PR distribution problem that should help make buyers more comfortable and stop the slow dribbling of selling.
