if the specialist does have insider information…then there is an SEC issue with IDCC itself…and with the specialist too, eh?

since the company had their run in with the SEC back in the 90s…everything I've seen seems to be or could be attributed to entities that have the capability to set trading trends (not really illegal unless coordinated?)…and in a thinly traded equity like this, maybe not hard to do?… or they use publicly available information and with focus on the micro and macro market…lets the trading machines work… or just make educated guesses. Some make money just on the volatility...

I shiver a little when we have people here start throwing around "insider information" as a reason for market price changes
