Interesting peice of info. I have talked to all the lawfirms that are filing against GTE and one of them told me that if the stock price recovers within 90 days of the ending of the class period(april11), the lawsuits would be dismissed by the court. So, in essence, GTE has around 60 days to get the price up. This is good for us because I belive they will go all out in a short period of time to recover the shareprice. I think we're going to see a flurry of news in a short time. Also, the last firm to file told me that its highly possible that the initial firm to file was indeed trying to get the shareprice down in a manipulation attempt. It worked too.
