attcav: You may be right. I suppose the licensing scenario could go several directions? As you can see from my original post I find Wave's client side business crucial to their long term existence. Not necessarily from a revenue standpoint but from a market longevity standpoint. There are certain components of the TAN that Wave wants to control and is not willing to give away without licensing IMO. Jeff
