I'm preferring LIVE over ISNS at the moment when it comes to my "low float plays"
LIVE has a good chart set up here and I think it's gearing up for a strong push upwards soon... ISNS can still go at anytime, however the full STO is surprisingly high on the daily...
Both definitely worth keeping a close eye on going forward.
