btw, More thoughts on lawsuits from my lawyer friend who specializes in this type of case work:

It seems like STTK should be able to win their lawsuit, but it will take some digging. If they can show that the "owner" of the Stocklemon website shorted their stock and posted the provably false content on it, they should be golden. Clear fraud, unfair or deceptive trade practices, tortious interference with economic advantage, and defamation. Powerful remedies are available, and if the guy is sophisticated enough to game the system that way, he probably has some dough. Probably not $112M, of course, but enough to force him to cough up some bucks and shut the hell up.
