...but the bankruptcy is over. The FDIC and JPM were more direct regarding WMB, and the hedge funds had seats on the creditors committee regarding WMI. All of their hands are dirty. But, I simply believe it is over.

When things are over, it is time to move on. Here it would time to move on to WMIH. What isn't over is the "bad taste" in the mouths. That is understandable. However, until someone of standing with enormous funds can retain a qualified law firm and commences an action (of which I am unaware of what that action would be; "they disclosed the truth in the Disclosure Statement" doesn't seem a good prospect), and court allows it, is stays as "over."

I've stated numerous times what I think about the WaMu saga. There is just nothing left that I believe can be done. I'd like to see something, preferably criminal; I am not of the "if we get money it is OK" belief.
