I think the real question is Does LQMT hold an edge? Can you sharpen LQMT?

You should know Detodog that knives have an edge because of their carbon content.

LQMT does not have a high carbon content.

Could it be that your presumptions about LQMT knives are fundamentally wrong from the get-go???
