I believe that any code/firmware running in LT/VT and Presidio/Pacifica likely won't be subject to licensing fees. There maybe engineering charges though...but I can only surmise that. And I believe the same applies to "TrustZone"...but I obviously can not know for sure.

Wave's business model is ultimately based on service revenues, be they TPM/Key related or be they transactional revenues.

Wave provides the hardware and software plug-in that ultimately enables the trusted network wide infrastructure. And it's the infrastructure and tools (TAN, applet developers kit, TCG related server tools etc.) that will make the cash dribble in 24/7
