for some of us this matters . . . your view seems to state that everyone but charter could figure out their own kits, and only charter had to call mac . . .

off patent does not equal manufacturing ability . . . as you said, UNI, WG and charter have the IP, i agree, so who is the Metro supplier? . . . i think UNI . . .
