"I have suffered from back pain for over 30 yrs and have had lower back surgery. I am in a lot of pain in my neck, upper back and arms due to spondylitis of the spine. I attend physio which does help and have used tens machines, freeze sprays and everything available for this debilitating pain. I cannot take strong painkillers or muscle relaxants. I am only on my second one of these and can honestly say it is brilliant. My pain has diminished greatly. But you must keep those joints exercised!"

"I bought this with high hopes of some relief and I am delighted to say that I wasn't disappointed. Within a couple of hours of use I was aware of a much lesser degree in pain levels. I have knee and hip pain due to sciatica, upper and lower back pain due to an accident ( and not being very fit!) and I have allover pain due to fibromyalgia. I am thrilled to find a non drug based product that works. I have used both the Back Pain and the Muscle & Joint Pain patches.I would highly recommend this range of products."
