From what I have read the lawsuit is baseless and Tony Blatt was never a co founder. Just a distributor who was canned for doing a lousy job. NoHo maintains that the lawsuit is BS and is considering a counter claim. NoHo does aknowledge that it has had and effect on the pps. Not worried I plan to accumulate myself!
