Good post, I always try to establish 3 to 5 reasons why I own a stock and keep monitoring these reasons for any changes to determine if I need to re-evaluate my holdings.

Your post is a good reminder to focus on the fundamentals and why you own a stock and not base sell and buy decisions only on pps action in the market. However, human emotions will always have an effect especially when you monitor a decreasing pps that ends up at no bid.

Part of the reason why I believe the pps is at no bid is that the market pps in the OTC does not always reflect fundamentals of the company and the hard work and honesty of management. I think that managing the convertible holders in a positive manner to avoid sink holes, receiving updates of substance from NSAV and the right buying demand will move the pps out of this rutt. Management's hard work and honesty will help, yet these three components are important and will need to be present for the pps to get out of this rutt.

The hype from IR will not move the pps. Updates with substance demonstrating net income and recurring cash flows to equity is what will help move the pps.

Go NSAV!

Buy cautiously and sell reluctantly.
