Here's why I hold...

The recent sell off was a panic run. It became an opportunity for many of us to lower our average and buy up a lot of 1s.

I have heard from the NSAV team several times that a Reverse Split is not in the cards.

A small publicly traded company is unique. It is a team effort and stockholders are part of that team. I have counted no less than 50 people on this board and elsewhere with a significant stake in NSAV who have expressed the willingness to hold for the long run.

If this core group holds strong, without a reverse split, this stock WILL rocket upward!

This is one of the few stocks where I can get answers immediately by contacting IR.

The DTC Chill is a priority and they are working quickly to get that resolved.

I had a personal conversation with Bella Vida and they confirmed that the closing is imminent.

As stated before, this is a company that will provide a projected 1.5 - 1.7M revenue stream to NSAV and that number does not even address any other plans in the works.

My impression of Steve is that he's a good man who's heart is in the right place. His intent is to ensure everything is 100% legally documented prior to making a closing announcement.

The artisan product line opens up a world of possibilities. Just one product alone with the right promotion and distribution could be a game changer for this company and the long term holders of NSAV.

I have more shares in this company than any other at this time and I am okay with that. I'm also human and have the same reactions and emotions as everyone else when the board is running around with its hair on fire, but after the smoke clears, I always come back to the points listed above.

Go NSAV! GLTA
