How is it that the man, who for more than a decade, was hailed as a mining visionary, an honest broker, a negotiating genius, is now reviled as a liar, miscreant, arrogant, self serving jerk?

This seems to be a common occurrence in stinky pinkies - the leader is touted as the next Bill Gates, until in the blink of an eye, he is held up as worse than Bernie Madoff.

But the company he created is still an undervalued diamond in the rough.

Baffling.
