Yes they are, but the problem area is not with MDMN US it is MDMN Chile and that is where that putz JJ is keeping things screwed up.

If that miserable POS JJ won't do what he is supposed to do that is the problem area.

Assuming everyone else on the BOD had completed all that is required by the other party ( who by the way hates JJ) and JJ fails to provide something as easy as maybe a signature, how is that the fault of the rest of the board?

If one is going to spend money on lawyers please make sure you have at least a scintilla of a chance to get some redress, and not all of it going to the damn lawyers. At this point I would not contribute to that cause, but that is just my personal feeling.

I hope none of you honest SH"S throw your good money after bad. We still have to wait and see if something can make him move. I also have been waiting and listening for 18yrs.
