Spider has done more than 4,500 cases to date, you really think 100% of those hundreds of surgeons don't like the product? How hard is it to believe that this product is something that surgeons like due to it's tactile feedback, true left/right instrumentation, and ability to stay within the sterile field and not 15 feet away from the patient?
