• CONVERSIONS ARE ALMOST DONE! They are not unloading Billions- that is a FLAT OUT LIE! Last filing showed $691k left.. that was 3.5 months ago, and that's why we are at these unfortunate prices today.. But if you calculate the selling, we have to be very very close to done! And once we are, blue, clear skies .. IN FACT, THIS IS THE TIME TO LOAD LOAD LOAD while we have this opportunity!

......It's unfortunate but was necessary to raise this money for R&D, Beta Testing, Design, Suppliers, Contractors, EVERYTHING that it cost to develop the worlds smallest Brain Computer Interface. That's one of the purpose to go public, to RAISE CAPITAL.. just like any other tech company did that's public including Apple.

• There are no delays, there are no problems, everything will happen in due time and be released/announced when it's time to be released.

Your points are right on and we appreciate your balanced view of the situation. The Company was hoping to keep all marketing events such as video, PR and website close to the chest to have an Impact on the launch (like Apple does). If it is leaked out along the way, it loses some of its impact. However, it seems shareholders would prefer this to confirm things are really moving forward.

We will begin making certain updates public, without taking away from the launch. Joe Abrams will have a voice as we announce distribution channels lined up, which are fairly significant entities.

• The Company has spent YEARS developing this and about to cross the goal line! This isn't tech or business that happens over night, over the week, or even over the month or year.. It's a very very fresh field with very few precedents.. And VOIS is the first to have only one sensor and at this size and within the ear canal. .They have a PATENT PENDING for this tech.
