I called HSYR corporate office yesterday. Asked if they could provide some information on the current lab results for the University of Iowa and California.

The first gal seemed confused as she must only be an admin, and put me on hold. Then the second gal asked what I wanted and so I repeated my question, then she put me on hold. The third gal asked me what I wanted so I again repeated my question, and finally I was able to have a conversation with her. She asked who I was of course and said she can email me the results after they talk to legal dept.

3 things:

A. They don't know how to handle investor relations at the corporate office.

B. They never expected any calls in the first place

C. They have no details, and will not send me squat. Or if they do, it's probably something generic like the PRs we see every month
