NO SETTLEMENT IMHO

A settlement would imply wrongdoing
Who was wronged?
Shareholders?
Who wronged them?

That would open the can of worms that LG has said for years can't happen.

I agree....

The end maybe weeks, months or years away but the plan must keep a tight seal on the crooks.

If escrows get paid it has to be when WMIH move off the pinkie boards, mergers for billions and billions and former shareholders are either rewarded with stock or some mechanism that flows money to the markers.

Using any wording that comes close to settlement just won't happen IMHO
